My awards include : Pinnacle Award with the Florida Gulf coast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. for transactions in 2009, 2010 and 2012. In 2009, 2010 and 2012 , 2013, 2014. In 2015 I received an award for being 3rd best in the Nation, as well as ranking by Co-Star Group (Power Broker) for volume in retail and leasing. In 2017, I was awarded first place in Retail with Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors. My designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. And GRI Graduate Realtor Institute.

Prior to real estate Debra worked as a paralegal/legal assistant for over 20 years in various areas of civil law. These experiences helped her understand the importance of education, being prepared and understanding her client’s motives and expectations. As a key researcher, she also learned how important taking the time to view every angle, every view point, and every possible outcome. Debra strongly believes in the power of good negotiating skills.

Debra has a passion for helping people and it gives her great satisfaction to volunteer for Hospice. When time allows she spends time at the local libraries to assist in programs for children. Debra’s family is the center of her universe, especially grand children to keep her grounded.
Angelique Jadoun Commitment, dedication, and performance you can count on. Angelique leads the marketing department for Ace Realty Group alongside with the administrative position since 2015. As a graduate from the International Academy of Design & Technology in 2009, Angelique holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She has had many years experience in customer service, sales, photoshop and is cross platform proficient.
Angelique also carries a certificate in personal fitness and nutrition as well as a teaching certificate in Art for k-12 and has done volunteer work for the Pasco County School Board. In her spare time she enjoys running races to advocate for the Ainsley’s Angels of America to support the special needs community, boating with friends and family, going to the beach and getting gardening tips from her mother.
